Current Obsessions + Birthday Fun! | August

So I haven't done monthly obsessions for the past 2 months because I've been America and honestly my obsession would be the same thing: America.

This month is my birthday month so in honour of that I'm going to be doing three posts a week!! Yes three. It's a commitment but I wanted to celebrate the occasion. I'm thinking of putting the extra post up on Sunday so if there is any requests then feel free to leave them below.

I kinda want to get more of a variety back on here after the break I took. I'm excited and I hope you enjoy!

Packaging: Opaque white plastic squeeze tube with a twist off cap. The nib is fine and 2mm wide. The packaging has elements of green and brown to tie in with the organic line. Packaging: Small clear tube with white screw lid with brush tip applicator. Smell: None. Colour: Ruby red colour. Light coverage/ sheer pigmentation with a natural finish. On the cheeks it is a lot more sheered out and is more pink looking. Texture/ Formula: This is a quite runny and thin. It absorbs and sinks into the skin quite quickly. So it must be applied onto one cheek at a time, blending it immediately. This is my first tint so I had a hard time adjusting to the application method as I ended up with blotches of tint that no powder could fix. A small amount goes a long way. I do use my fingers to apply this and the blending is easier then a brush. This does leave a slight stain on my fingertips. Benefit They're Real! Mascara

I got this sample size from The Champions of Bronze kit. Packaging: Shiny gunmetal wand handle with a gunmetal tube. The wand as long plastic bristles with a spiked ball at the end of it. This ball utilises the end of the mascara wand and reaches into the smaller lashes in the inner corner of the eye. Smell: Just the usual mascara smell. Colour: Black. Opaque pigmentation. Formula/ Texture: This is more of a wet mascara but with a really thin scraper that doesn't leave any clumps of mascara on the wand. It's a thinner wand which made applying it easy. I wasn't going through my lashes trying to separate my lashes and then add volume then back to separating a clump. Theres no flaking or transferring. It's is easily removed with makeup wipes. I have average length lashes that have a very slight natural curl to them, so I want a mascara that does it all- volume, length and curl. I always curl my lashes before mascara applicati...
