Packaging: Typical lipgloss tube. Round plastic tube with a clear both and a shiny black handle. The handle features a flat and thin doe foot applicator. The clear bottom portion of the tube makes recognising the shade easier and does feature simple black text. The shade is printed on the side of the tube before a list of ingredients so it's no initially easy to find. The shade number is on top of the tube on the handle. Smell/Taste: Plastic Colour: #03 Lace Detail - rosy pink beige #07 Satin Ribbon - pink beige Matte finish for both. Available in 12 shades Formula/ Texture: These are a thick, mousse texture. Let me pref this with a knowledge that my lips aren't awfully dry, cracked or sensitive; they're in a condition I'd consider normal. These liquid lipstick apply unevenly. Packaging: Acrylic frosted square pot with a round black screw on lid. It's a thin & flat tube which makes storage and portability great. The lid contains simple white text elements. It feels lightweight in your hands. There is no sifter with this, but I don't think this is a product that requires this. Smell/Taste: None. Colour: #3 Brunette - light to medium brown with cool undertones. Matte finish and medium to full coverage. Available in 5 shades. Formula/ Texture: This is a very thin, smooth, cream to matte wax. It is lightweight in the brows and is best applied in small strokes using an angled brush. It is smudge and water proof once it's set after 30secs. It does require a specialised makeup remover. This product is no joke, it lasts such a long time with the longest I've trailed it being 13 hours! Best part is you need such a small amount to cover a larger area. Packaging: Palm sized, slim black compact with a clear lid and black text and a snap shut closure. The hinge has some resistance to it which means the lid doesn't flop about. There is room for a small powder puff/ brush to take this the handbag. Smell/Taste: None. Colour: Banana - light yellow. Light coverage. Formula/ Texture: This is a thin, almost chalky consistency. It feels very lightweight on the skin and does kick up a little powder when tapped. The HD component of this formula is targeted to soften lines which I find this does. The front says the powder is mineral based but I can't find anything that elaborates on this benefit to the skin. Apart from this, the powder seems to be a stock standard formula. Longevity with this is 8 hours on me. I can't use this much around my nose otherwise it sits on top of my pores and makes them a little more obvious to me. Packaging: Slim, 6.5mm round shiny black mechanical, retractable pencil with white text. One end has a short cap with contains the built in spoolie, with the longer end containing the retractable wind up wax. The nib on this end is 2mm wide making it quite tiny. The plastic feels study great for travel and the ends click on securely. Smell/Taste: None. Colour: Chocolate - light to medium brown with warm undertones. Matte finish and medium coverage. Available in 8 shades. Formula/ Texture: This is a smooth thin  wax. It applies smoothly with no skipping. It combs out easily using the supplied spoolie without any massive product removal.  There is no smudging or transferring with this either. Best seller for years. NYX jumbo eye pencil are the best creations from NYX and are in every beauty junkies' draw. So I thought I'd pick up a couple to try out. Packaging: These jumbo pencils come in a white thick tube with a clear plastic cap. The product name is on the bottom front side of the pencil. These are the exact length of a normal eyeliner pencil, except the NYX are thicker in width and do not self sharpen. They do need an extra large pencil sharpener. Smell: None. Colour: 604 Milk - white colour. Opaque pigmentation with a matte finish. 617 Iced Mocha - warm toned brown with some golden sheen to it. Opaque pigmentation with a satin finish. Available in 28 shades. Texture/ Formula: The formula of these pencils make them long lasting with a creamy texture and are pigmented.
