Bite Beauty Luminous Creme Lipstick 'Fig'

Packaging:
Small and short gunmetal grey soft rubberised tube with a small 'bite' text towards the bottom. The cap has a crescent side on the tip with a soft click close. The bullet itself has an engraved 'B'. There is a little restraint on the wind up mechanism. Each shade group has a different shape tip.

Smell/Taste:
None.

Colour:
Fig - light rose pink with slight warm undertones. Opaque pigmentation with a slight sheen finish.

Formula/ Texture:
This is a creamy, smooth and thin lipstick. It's very lightweight on the lips and applies effortlessly with no tugging or pulling. I don't find the colour to settle into any lip lines.

I find the longevity of this lipstick to be 5hrs +. A few touch ups are required throughout the day to maintain the opaque colour but it does where evenly. Frequent contact with food and drink will obviously decrease the longevity.

The formula of this is moisturising and soothing! I love how Bite Beauty uses natural, healthy ingredients and doesn't have any parabens or sulfates. Meaning that the ingredients are safe enough to eat (if that was ever an issue)! I'm not that conscious of parabens and sulfate products but it's nice to know that the lip product I wear isn't harming my body.

In terms of texture this is similar to Maybelline sheer balm and Chanel Coco Roughe Shines. In terms of finish this is similar to NARs Satin Lip Pencils. In terms of opaque colour this is similar to YSL Rouge Volupte Silky Senusal Lipsticks and MACs Amplified Lipsticks. I can't think of a similar product overall.

So there are other similar options available I have no issues with this. Defiantly something to try if you want ago venture into a less chemical containing product and company. If I can avoid it, I will and that's why I'd personally purchase more from the line

Packaging: Small clear tube with white screw lid with brush tip applicator. Smell: None. Colour: Ruby red colour. Light coverage/ sheer pigmentation with a natural finish. On the cheeks it is a lot more sheered out and is more pink looking. Texture/ Formula: This is a quite runny and thin. It absorbs and sinks into the skin quite quickly. So it must be applied onto one cheek at a time, blending it immediately. This is my first tint so I had a hard time adjusting to the application method as I ended up with blotches of tint that no powder could fix. A small amount goes a long way. Benefit They're Real! Mascara

I got this sample size from The Champions of Bronze kit. Packaging: Shiny gunmetal wand handle with a gunmetal tube. The wand as long plastic bristles with a spiked ball at the end of it. This ball utilises the end of the mascara wand and reaches into the smaller lashes in the inner corner of the eye. Smell: Just the usual mascara smell. Colour: Black. Opaque pigmentation. Formula/ Texture: This is more of a wet mascara but with a really thin scraper that doesn't leave any clumps of mascara on the wand. It's a thinner wand which made applying it easy. I wasn't going through my lashes trying to separate my lashes and then add volume then back to separating a clump. Theres no flaking or transferring. It's is easily removed with makeup wipes.
