Prada 'Candy' Perfume Review

Packaging:
Circular glass bottle with the pump a black semi circle that sits above the bottle. The hardware is gold including the word Prada embellishment that sits on a hot pink, synthetic fabric plastic band. Prada Candy is engraved on the flat plate under the pump. There is no cap to this perfume which is different but the black pump I find to look very unusual.

Top- musk
Middle- benzoin (vanilla copy)
Base- caramel

Smell:
This is a sweet perfume. It is a light scent that defiantly isn't overpowering that last 1-2hrs on me throughout a normal day of no excessive movement/ exercise in the cool to warm months. I do think it works better in the cooler seasons and suited for the younger teen audience as its light and sweet.

When I smell this, I get a mix of vodka and some floral note. The alcohol/vodka smell doesn't last for too long. Im not impressed with this perfume purely based on the longevity, especially for how expensive it is and being a parfum which are more concentrated.

I did get this for my birthday purely based on the desire to try a Prada perfume and the hot pink colour (which I am always a sucker for). I did smell this several times in the department store before asking for it for my birthday and I liked the way the smell lasted on me then. This isn't a favourite and I won't be purchasing this again or getting it for anyone I know.

Packaging: Small clear tube with white screw lid with brush tip applicator. Smell: None. Colour: Ruby red colour. Light coverage/ sheer pigmentation with a natural finish. On the cheeks it is a lot more sheered out and is more pink looking. Texture/ Formula: This is a quite runny and thin. It absorbs and sinks into the skin quite quickly. So it must be applied onto one cheek at a time, blending it immediately. This is my first tint so I had a hard time adjusting to the application method as I ended up with blotches of tint that no powder could fix. A small amount goes a long way. I do use my fingers to apply this and the blending is easier then a brush. This does leave a slight stain on my fingertips. Benefit They're Real! Mascara

I got this sample size from The Champions of Bronze kit. Packaging: Shiny gunmetal wand handle with a gunmetal tube. The wand as long plastic bristles with a spiked ball at the end of it. This ball utilises the end of the mascara wand and reaches into the smaller lashes in the inner corner of the eye. Smell: Just the usual mascara smell. Colour: Black. Opaque pigmentation. Formula/ Texture: This is more of a wet mascara but with a really thin scraper that doesn't leave any clumps of mascara on the wand. It's a thinner wand which made applying it easy. I wasn't going through my lashes trying to separate my lashes and then add volume then back to separating a clump. Theres no flaking or transferring. It's is easily removed with makeup wipes.
