L'Oreal Lash Architect 4D Mascara
Packaging:
The tube is this silver shiny tube. It's not the usual square or round tube it's more angular with different sides and angles. The wand has plastic bristles and is supposed to be shaped like it shows on the side of the packet- in a angular slight twirl shape tapering towards the tip.
Smell:
Plastic.
Colour:
Brown. Opaque pigmentation. Available in 2 shades.
Texture/ Formula:
This is a dry mascara. I was able to feel it on my lashes. Honestly, I wasn't a fan of the brush. It didn't have enough length in the bristles to fully coat the lashes. L'Oreal say that the brush is architectural to help create the ultimate 'false eyelash' look. I can say the bristles are evenly placed but too short on the twirl shape. I didn't experience any flaking though.
The formula made my lashes clump together so I brushed through my wand again to separate them only to discover that another bunch clumped together. This resulted in numerous coats to build volume and length. Yet nothing much was achieved. The results were limp lashes which is just too disappointing against the 4D claim on the packet of volume, length, texture & curl.
You could barely tell that I had mascara on. I thought that it was because I got the brown colour and then the results wasn't as noticeable. Defiantly feel like this is a gimmick mascara. I am yet to find a good review of it.
If you had nice long and curled lashes this might actually look decent on you.
