L'Oreal Infallible 24hr-Matte Foundation

Packaging:
Hand size length smooth and shiny squeeze tube. The majority of the packing is transparent so you can see how much is left with a tiny portion on the top and bottom a black shade that matches the screw on cap. The tip is short and wide with a  2mm wide opening that provides decent product dispense.

Smell:
Slight alcohol.

Colour:
#11 Vanilla - light/medium beige with natural undertones. Demi matte finish with full pigmentation.
Available in 5 colours #slack. All appear to run more pink undertoned.

Formula/ Texture:
This is a tick and smooth consistency. It's thicker then Maybelline's Fit Me! Matte & Powerless Foundation. It's easy to apply any way and does need to be applied in sections for the most flawless look. It does take a deep makeup remove to properly remove this.

It surprisingly feels lightweight and doesn't cake but settles into laugh lines (like around the mouth). It does create an overall smooth finish, even over uneven skin. Dry skin will cling to this as a thicker texture will expect.

It has perlite technology which is mineral micro sponges that absorb oil and water. Let me tell you after 12 hour my skin is still looking matte with no shine. You defiantly don't need to powder after application. This is not for dry or normal skin type girls unfortunately. This is non comedogenic too.

The longevity is quite amazing though, a flawless look. No breakup but does transfer onto a tissue. It hasn't caused any irritation on my skin. It has caused me to break out slightly with daily continuos use. It is resistant for light raindrops and sweat, seriously I tested it. I do need to note my skin is combination and sensitive.

I do find that this too oxidises a bit after initial application. Please take extra care to remove this as it is heavy duty stuff. Otherwise it'll clog pores and create further skin issues.

I still can't get over how pink toned the range is and with only 5 shades it's stupid!! Start recognising the range of skin tones across all women! Hardly any women will be able to find their perfect match. Those who want a matte, full coverage foundation that's more yellow undertoned should try Revlon's Colorstay Foundation.

I like this for occasions where I need a full coverage, solid, foolproof makeup that won't budge. Occasions that are only a few hours long. Otherwise this is too much for my skin and it freaks out. It defiantly benefits from higher end foundations that are more runny in consistency and don't loose the medium to full coverage.
