Formula/ Texture:
Purpose is a portable kit with both concealer and setting powder to brighten and cover dark circles.
Concealer - this is a very creamy, smooth, thin consistency. I am actually surprised, I thought creamy would equal thick. It applies and blend very easily with fingers or a brush. It feels very lightweight on the face. It is easily removed with a basic makeup wipe.
The instructions on the back of the box indicates to apply this only under the eyes and that's exactly what I brought it for. Theres no tugging of the eye when this is applied. I don't have particularly dark or bad under eye circles or bags but this concealer adds a decent amount of coverage. Even used over the Bobbi Brown Corrector the coverage still looks natural which I really like. However I have also been using this on blemishes. Heavily pigmented pimples with a lot of redness will still show through. So additional concealer will probably be needed there.
This is without looking cakey or heavy for both areas. It doesn't settle into fine lines either. It has a longevity of 10hrs on me. Setting it with any sort of order does increase the longevity. I did find it to be moisturising under the eye. The overall look isn't fake or heavy but it does cover up any darkness. I do see a bit of brightness under the eye but nothing on the white side and obvious makeup application like Kim Kardashian.

Powder - this is an ultra fine, smooth and velvet consistency. It is very lightweight under the eyes. It's easy to apply with a fluffy domed brush and being fine the powder doesn't fly everywhere. It's easy to remove with a basic makeup wipe.
I have used this to set two different concealers one being the creamy concealer. It works the same on both; increasing the longevity and adding very little additional colour under the eyes. I have not used this to set blemishes. I do see a bit of brightness under the eyes but I think this is due to how light the shade of powder is.
Compared to Bare Minerals Well Rested, this doesn't brighten as much. Compared to Laura Mericer Loose Setting Powder, they both perform the same.
I think it is a nice powder but not something I would spend the money on. I'd prefer the creamy concealer on it's own. However in saying that I think that it would be a great starter under eye powder.
