Revlon ColorBurst Lipstick #065 Rosy Nude

Packaging:
The packing is very elegant and not a typical cheap looking product which is awesome. Its very channel-esque with the quilt/ crisscross patttern, which makes me feel very important and special. The actual casing is a hard plastic meaning that its pretty durable and can handle being chucked around. I like the engraved Revlon on the stick too.

Smell:
Manufactured plastic smell.

Colour:
#065 Rosy Nude - reddish pink with a brown/ mauve undertone. Opaque pigmentation with a matte finish. This specific colour does go on a little reedier than my natural lip colour which may interest those who like lip products that look similar to their own natural lips. This colour is not suited for me as it's too mauve-y for my liking (lucky it was free).

Texture/ Formula:
This lipstick feels light weight on the lips. Though when I remember this I check my lipstick and the colour has seemed to rub off and this in within 30mins of applying it and not moving, eating or drinking.

Revlon claim that there are moisturisers included to improve lip texture and prevent drying but I don't fell it. This actually makes my lips feel as though they are dry. Maybe this is due to the longevity of the product itself. Longevity in terms of there being colour-despite there actually being very little colour on the lips.

The lipstick is smooth and glides onto the lips. It is a little hard to smack the lips and move the lipstick around on the lips There is a slight sheen finish to this lipstick.

The only good thing about this lipstick line in general is the Chanelesqe inspired packaging. I find them too drying on the lips to be something I'll keep as a stable and chuck in my handbag. I just find them wary to drying on the lips.
