Cite Liquid Velvet Matte Lipstick
Packaging:
Typical clear plastic around tube with an opaque black handle. This allows for the true colour of the lipstick to show through as well as product level. It is adorned with minimal silver text. The wand is long and features a thin, pointed paddle doe foot applicator. The stopper does a good job at removing all the excess product.

Formula/ Texture:
This is a thin, wet, creamy and smooth consistency. The applicator is shaped perfectly to apply this precisely with also enough product. It smoothes over the lips well, feels lightweight and comfortable and doesn't dry the lips out. It does take care and a specialised makeup remover to fully remove this.
Due to the amazing pigmentation this has, a lot of care is needed to not create a mess. I would use a lipliner with this formula, whether that's a non-feathering kind or colour matched. I use an anti-feathering liner and experienced no bleeding or irritation. I honestly can't get over how amazing this pigment is.
The formula contains hyaluronic acid that actually makes the lips appear fuller, supple and smooth. This is one of the things I noticed when I wear it. I don't consider my lips to be thin, but it makes nay lip lines unnoticeable. A moisturising PlushPigment delivers moisturising colour pigments that hold onto the skin.
This doesn't quite dry down to a full mates finish, which I actually prefer but it does mean it transfers a little bit against drink and food. It's not enough to warrant a reapply, it more looks like excess product coming off that's all. It does take abut 30secs for the lip colour to 'set'.
This wears away evenly with a 10+ hr longevity on me! It does leave a stain wherever the colour has touched the skin. My lips are tinted red after going over them twice with a specialised makeup remover, just as a word of warning!
I love this formula especially as it's not drying on my lips which is my biggest fear in liquid lipstick.
