What's In My Travel Toiletries Bag? | Travel Tips
So I am heading away to America the start of June for a month, now while I want to spend each day exploring, I still want to look decent and somewhat photo ready. I have a skin regime but deciding how much of it to take and that I'll actually use, is the dilemma.
I separate my items based on their area of use as you'll see below. Here's a breakdown of what I'm taking;
Skin Items (1)
Neutrogena cleanser
Triology Rosehip Oil
Eye cream
Bioderma Micellear Solution
Swippers Round Cotton Pads
Simple Face Makeup Remover Wipes
Tea Tree Gel
Beauty Blender Clenser
Body Items (2)
Shower gel
Body Lotion
Toothbrush with Steripod
Toothpaste
Anti perspriant deodorant
Versace Bright Crystal perfume
Hand Creme
Cotton Buds
Nail file
Hair Items (3)
Batise Dry Shampoo
Travel sized Hair Shampoo & Conditioner
Comb
Sock bun and hair tie
Spare bobby pins
The case is use is a tall rectangle plastic case with a zip closure through the middle. Inside it has two large plastic compartments, making it great to wipe down. One side has the body items and the other has skin and hair items.
Seeing as though most of my skin items could leak, I'd rather they did on their own then with the hair items. This works out perfectly for me. I always put lotion items with a cap in a plastic bag to try and contain leaks (if this were to ever happen to me). For my items with a screw lid, I place cling wrap over the opening and secure the lid back on. If you have any suggestions let me know!
