Silver shiny, mirror like reflective cardboard box with embossed rose. The mascara tube is a shiny black stretched out lengthwise hourglass. The tube itself as a silver, glitter like floral rose pattern that is similar to the rose on the front of the box which I really like.
It has gold detailing at the top of the handle, base of the handle & on either 180 degree side of the handle with 'Hypnose Doll Eyes' & a silver rose. The wand is a plastic brush with a cone shape to it.

Texture/ Formula:
I haven't found this mascara to be as wet in formula. It's one of those mascaras that get better the older it is/ the longer it's been opened and exposed to the air. The cone shaped brush helped provide a smooth and clean application from inner corner lashes and out. It also thickening lashes without weighing them down. Once this started to dry out a month and a bit later, I did experience some flaking. My lashes did feel a tad stiff. It does take more effort to remove with a a basic makeup wipe.
In a mascara I am after volume for my naturally average length lashes. I didn't have much length or volume with this mascara and very little definition/separation. My lashes did appear to be thicker and a bit fuller. The difference with this mascara is the curl and the longevity of this hold. It lasts for 12hrs. So I can see the open eyed doll look from this mascara.
I think this mascara would be perfect especially for those with short lashes to really open up the eyes. With the effects of the cone shaped brush, short lashes won't clump together as easily as longer lashes.
