Urban Decay Vice 4 Palette

Packaging:
A light black cardboard box with a used water colour spiderweb/broken glass pattern with a text 'vice' in the booth right corner. Inside this is a foam zipped case to store and travel with the palette. It features the same broken glass pattern in a foil finish. Finally inside this is the square plastic black palette with a raised water colour chrome broken glass patter, it's absolutely stunning.

With a hard shut closure and hinged lid, there is a full side, to the rim mirror. This is perfect for on  the go use. The lid has enough resistance that it can stand on it's own at any angle. Also included is a dual ended purple brush with one end a flat shader and the other a slim dome crease.  The 24 pans are square and with some more deepset then others and one placed in a down slant and its just looks cheaply put together with little care.

Bones - light grey beige with warm undertones with a red micro finish
Grip - light grey brown with cool undertones and a silver shimmer finish
Deadbeat - light black with a silver shimmer finish
Beatdown - deep violet with a blue shimmer finish
Pandemonium - deep purple maroon with warm undertones and a shimmer finish
Framed - light peach beige with warm undertones and a matte finish
Fast-Ball - light peach with warm undertones and a shimmer finish
1985 - metallic hot pink with cool undertones and a shimmer finish
Underground - medium red brown with warm undertones and a satin finish
Harlot - light metallic lavender with cool undertones and a satin finish
Discreet - light grey mauve with cool undertones and a matte finish
Grasshopper - light emerald green with cool undertones and a shimmer finish
C-Note - light blue green with cool undertones and a shimmer finish
Arctic - light aqua with cool undertones and a shimmer finish
Robbery - light taupe with cool undertones and a shimmer finish
Bitter - burnt rust orange with warm undertones and a matte finish
Flame - bright orange with warm undertones and a shimmer finish
Low - medium brown with cool undertones and a silver shimmer fleck finish
Crowbar - black with gold shimmer with warm undertones and a shimmer finish
Delete - medium brown with warm undertones and a matte finish

Opaque pigmentation with buildable coverage. Low had sheer pigmentation. There is a range of warm and cool tone shades.

Formula/ Texture:
This is a velvety and very smooth texture. The shadows glide onto the lid, with very little fall out with the shimmer shades with the most fall out. They are easily removed with a basic makeup wipe.

The formal doesn't cause any irritations to my eyes nor change the texture of them which is good.  These don't crease on me. Longevity on these shadows is amazing! I can get 12 hours without a primer even in humid, sweaty days and I feel like that's saying something.

Great pigmentation + long wearing + no creasing = worth it.

This palette is a great range of different colours with bold to natural shades. It's not for everyone I can see that but it will be a collectors palette for most. The shades here are some I don't have so I think these type of palettes are great so I have the option to experiment with them.

Packaging: Small clear tube with white screw lid with brush tip applicator. Smell: None. Colour: Ruby red colour. Light coverage/ sheer pigmentation with a natural finish. On the cheeks it is a lot more sheered out and is more pink looking. Texture/ Formula: This is a quite runny and thin. It absorbs and sinks into the skin quite quickly. So it must be applied onto one cheek at a time, blending it immediately. This is my first tint so I had a hard time adjusting to the application method as I ended up with blotches of tint that no powder could fix. A small amount goes a long way. I do use my fingers to apply this and the blending is easier then a brush. This does leave a slight stain on my fingertips. Benefit They're Real! Mascara

I got this sample size from The Champions of Bronze kit. Packaging: Shiny gunmetal wand handle with a gunmetal tube. The wand as long plastic bristles with a spiked ball at the end of it. This ball utilises the end of the mascara wand and reaches into the smaller lashes in the inner corner of the eye. Smell: Just the usual mascara smell. Colour: Black. Opaque pigmentation. Formula/ Texture: This is more of a wet mascara but with a really thin scraper that doesn't leave any clumps of mascara on the wand. It's a thinner wand which made applying it easy. I wasn't going through my lashes trying to separate my lashes and then add volume then back to separating a clump. Theres no flaking or transferring. It's is easily removed with makeup wipes. I have average length lashes that have a very slight natural curl to them, so I want a mascara that does it all- volume, length and curl. I always curl my lashes before mascara applicati...
