MAC Lipstick 'Goodbye Kiss' [Magic Of The Night Holiday 2015]

Packaging:
This is the standard lipstick packaging from MAC. It's in a small short round bullet with a round tip cap. The whole packaging is the holiday edition 'MAC Magic Of The Night' shiny black with strips of metallic, chrome purple & blue. There is a black rimmed bottom on the cap with 'MAC' text. Inside reveals shiny black mechanisms. The lipstick bullet twists up with ease and I have never experienced any problems.

Smell/Taste:
Vanilla.

Colour:
Goodbye Kiss - mid tone bright pink with cool undertones. It's an amplified cream finish which is full  pigmentation and a slight shine.

Formula/ Texture:
This is a thin, smooth and creamy consistency. It glides so effortlessly on the lips with no tugging or skipping at all, which is surprising for a matte finish from MAC. It feels lightweight and comfortable on the lips. It is easily removed with a basic makeup wipe.

I didn't experience any bleeding or feathering but I did use a clear/transparent lip liner. A liner coloured closer to this shade will help this look perfect for longer. This did transfer a bit onto food and drink. Overall it lasted 6-8 hours on my lips.

The formula contains Vitamin E to protect the lips and extend wear of the lipstick. I feel as though this is a re formulated matte formula as it's so creamy. It does cling onto dry lips so exfoliated and hydrated lips will make this look better.

This shade is very nice and perfect for cooler months on my olive skin tone. The LE packaging isn't necessary but adds that futuristic look to your handbag / makeup collection. I do think this colour is better suited in the cooler months.

Packaging: Small clear tube with white screw lid with brush tip applicator. Smell: None. Colour: Ruby red colour. Light coverage/ sheer pigmentation with a natural finish. On the cheeks it is a lot more sheered out and is more pink looking. Texture/ Formula: This is a quite runny and thin. It absorbs and sinks into the skin quite quickly. So it must be applied onto one cheek at a time, blending it immediately. This is my first tint so I had a hard time adjusting to the application method as I ended up with blotches of tint that no powder could fix. A small amount goes a long way. I do use my fingers to apply this and the blending is easier then a brush. This does leave a slight stain on my fingertips. Benefit They're Real! Mascara

I got this sample size from The Champions of Bronze kit. Packaging: Shiny gunmetal wand handle with a gunmetal tube. The wand as long plastic bristles with a spiked ball at the end of it. This ball utilises the end of the mascara wand and reaches into the smaller lashes in the inner corner of the eye. Smell: Just the usual mascara smell. Colour: Black. Opaque pigmentation. Formula/ Texture: This is more of a wet mascara but with a really thin scraper that doesn't leave any clumps of mascara on the wand. It's a thinner wand which made applying it easy. I wasn't going through my lashes trying to separate my lashes and then add volume then back to separating a clump. Theres no flaking or transferring. It's is easily removed with makeup wipes.
