Estee Lauder Pure Colour Lipstick - #39 Bermuda Pink LE

Packaging:
Thick square tube. The lid is a shiny reflective gold that is 3/4 of the tube. The remainder is a clear thick hard plastic that shows the colour of the lipstick. At the front got he tube is an embossed square with the initials EL in a scriptive font.

The tube itself is lightweight but as though there is excess packaging. There's no issues with the twist up of the lipstick and the closing of the cap is slow and a bit chunky and cheap. I have found the gold trimming where the lid meets the bottom to wear off revealing the metal beneath.

Colour:
#39 Bermuda Pink - Peachy pink with gold shimmer. Medium pigmentation with shimmer finish. An absolutely beautiful colour! Part of the Crystal Shimmer range. This limited edition colour was apart of a Christmas set that I can't find a comparable colour in any of Estee Lauders' current ranges. That's a massive let down, wouldn't they want my money!!?


Formula/ Texture:
The texture is smooth and I can slightly feel the glitter when I purse my lips together. Very pigmented colour with a sheen finish. The colour is defiantly able to be built. This lasts a good solid 4 hours with no eating/ drinking/ touching before the colour fades. I do find the glitter to be the last to leave the lips and on occasions I've found the glitter to settle into lip lines.

There's no need for a lip liner. Gloss would make this colour very shiny! It's easy to apply from the tube and feels moisturising.

I am in love with this colour, not the glitter, the colour. It just seems to go with every look/ style and I don't want to use it up!!

Packaging: Small clear tube with white screw lid with brush tip applicator. Smell: None. Colour: Ruby red colour. Light coverage/ sheer pigmentation with a natural finish. On the cheeks it is a lot more sheered out and is more pink looking. Texture/ Formula: This is a quite runny and thin. It absorbs and sinks into the skin quite quickly. So it must be applied onto one cheek at a time, blending it immediately. This is my first tint so I had a hard time adjusting to the application method as I ended up with blotches of tint that no powder could fix. A small amount goes a long way. I do use my fingers to apply this and the blending is easier then a brush. This does leave a slight stain on my fingertips. Benefit They're Real! Mascara

I got this sample size from The Champions of Bronze kit. Packaging: Shiny gunmetal wand handle with a gunmetal tube. The wand as long plastic bristles with a spiked ball at the end of it. This ball utilises the end of the mascara wand and reaches into the smaller lashes in the inner corner of the eye. Smell: Just the usual mascara smell. Colour: Black. Opaque pigmentation. Formula/ Texture: This is more of a wet mascara but with a really thin scraper that doesn't leave any clumps of mascara on the wand. It's a thinner wand which made applying it easy. I wasn't going through my lashes trying to separate my lashes and then add volume then back to separating a clump. Theres no flaking or transferring. It's is easily removed with makeup wipes.
