Benefit Total Moisture Facial Cream

Again I got this deluxe sample as a promo when I ordered the Benefit SnowWhite beauty kit.


Packaging:
This deluxe sample is very similar to the full sized product only by the fact the full sized product is in a larger jar and has a label on the side.

Firstly this deluxe sample comes in the same packaging box as the deluxe sample. It resembles the waves and sand patterns found at the beach. This is to resemble that natural feel to the skincare line and the products used so that current consumers of Benefit's products will likely to accept this different venture. Nice and calming and relaxing emotions attached to the products (sorry marketing degree!)

So the moisturiser comes in a glass jar that has a line of dots in intervals around the side of the jar. It's just a little difference that is noticeable when you hold the jar to use the product. The lid in the full size resembles a cork texture but this deluxe sample is just a beige colour with the product name on the top.

Smell:
Ahhhh this smells amazing!! It smells like some sort of sweet fruit. Such a nice thing when your slapping something onto your face twice daily right near your nose.

Colour:
White that blends into the skin clear.


Texture/ Formula:
Thick creamy texture that does hydrate very dry skin. If you have oily skin this would be too heavy for you and won't absorb fully into the skin as it is recommend for normal to dry skin types. It contains a tri-radiance complex that helps develop the skin's reserves of water & reinforce skin's moisture barrier. Contains mango butter, a natural plant-based emollient known to provide moisture. The cream isn't sticky or greasy at all.

I really liked this deluxe sample of the moisturiser. I didn't think I was for some reason, but defiantly something I would pick up again specially since it smells so nice. I did notice immediate hydration to my skin as well as maintaing this level throughout the day nor did I experience nay breakouts from this moisturiser.

Packaging: Small clear tube with white screw lid with brush tip applicator. Smell: None. Colour: Ruby red colour. Light coverage/ sheer pigmentation with a natural finish. On the cheeks it is a lot more sheered out and is more pink looking. Texture/ Formula: This is a quite runny and thin. It absorbs and sinks into the skin quite quickly. So it must be applied onto one cheek at a time, blending it immediately. This is my first tint so I had a hard time adjusting to the application method as I ended up with blotches of tint that no powder could fix. A small amount goes a long way. I do use my fingers to apply this and the blending is easier then a brush. This does leave a slight stain on my fingertips. Benefit They're Real! Mascara

I got this sample size from The Champions of Bronze kit. Packaging: Shiny gunmetal wand handle with a gunmetal tube. The wand as long plastic bristles with a spiked ball at the end of it. This ball utilises the end of the mascara wand and reaches into the smaller lashes in the inner corner of the eye. Smell: Just the usual mascara smell. Colour: Black. Opaque pigmentation. Formula/ Texture: This is more of a wet mascara but with a really thin scraper that doesn't leave any clumps of mascara on the wand. It's a thinner wand which made applying it easy. I wasn't going through my lashes trying to separate my lashes and then add volume then back to separating a clump. Theres no flaking or transferring. It's is easily removed with makeup wipes. I have average length lashes that have a very slight natural curl to them, so I want a mascara that does it all- volume, length and curl. I always curl my lashes before mascara applicati...
