NARS x Christopher Kane Blush

Packaging:
The blush comes in the standard NARS packaging which is a little case of black corrugated cardboard and then in a NARS cardboard packaged black box. The compact has a soft velvet matte finish with a snap closure. This collection is differentiate with the neon pink 'NARS' text on the front.

Some people find it hard to keep clean as with use, loose powder latches onto the outside. It also has a clear plastic divider on top of the powder itself to capture loose powder and a mirror on the inside of the lid.

None.

Colour:
Starscape - neon pink with cool undertones. Matte finish with buildable pigmentation.

Formula/ Texture:
This is a thin, smooth powder. It takes no effect to apply using a brush and a light hand. It's easy for this colour to look overdone with out proper control. A stippling or small less dense brush is recommended. It's easily removed with a basic makeup wipe.

I find this to perform the same as the only other NARS blush I've used. It's easily bendable with a little going a very long way. No patchiness either. Longevity is 14 hours+ with no setting spray used.

I am in love with this blush, the shade and this collection!! Absolutely love it and glad that I have this in my collection! I understand that this shade isn't for everyone but the intensity won't translate onto the cheeks if applied correctly. It gives a nice flushed, soft youthful glow.

Packaging: Small clear tube with white screw lid with brush tip applicator. Smell: None. Colour: Ruby red colour. Light coverage/ sheer pigmentation with a natural finish. On the cheeks it is a lot more sheered out and is more pink looking. Texture/ Formula: This is a quite runny and thin. It absorbs and sinks into the skin quite quickly. So it must be applied onto one cheek at a time, blending it immediately. This is my first tint so I had a hard time adjusting to the application method as I ended up with blotches of tint that no powder could fix. A small amount goes a long way. I do use my fingers to apply this and the blending is easier then a brush. This does leave a slight stain on my fingertips. Benefit They're Real! Mascara

I got this sample size from The Champions of Bronze kit. Packaging: Shiny gunmetal wand handle with a gunmetal tube. The wand as long plastic bristles with a spiked ball at the end of it. This ball utilises the end of the mascara wand and reaches into the smaller lashes in the inner corner of the eye. Smell: Just the usual mascara smell. Colour: Black. Opaque pigmentation. Formula/ Texture: This is more of a wet mascara but with a really thin scraper that doesn't leave any clumps of mascara on the wand. It's a thinner wand which made applying it easy. I wasn't going through my lashes trying to separate my lashes and then add volume then back to separating a clump. Theres no flaking or transferring. It's is easily removed with makeup wipes.
