Becca x Jaclyn Hill Shimmering Skin Perfector Pressed 'Champagne Pop'

Image
Packaging: Palm sized plastic compact. It has a rubberised texture with a domed metal embellishment engraved with  'Becca', which reminds me of an alien spaceship. Inside the lid is a full sized mirror that is going to catch dirty fingerprints and powder fall out. It feels sturdy which is great for any type of travelling but I feel as though the domed metal adds for wasted packaging as the powder sits well into the pan. It's not as slim as I think it could be. Smell: None. Colour: Champagne Pop - soft gold with a mix of pink and peach undertones. Pigmented with a shimmer finish. Buildable coverage. Formula/ Texture: This is a finely milled and smooth powder. A light tap with a brush picks up product but expect a little bit of fall out from the shimmer. It doesn't cake on top of other powders or has caused me any irritations. Depending on how much is applied I can get 4-5hrs wear. The iridescence shimmer along the cheekbones is ab...

The brush hairs soak up the liquid, then wipe the sides of the brush against the tine to get excess liquid out. You can s...

L'Oreal Infallible Pro-Matte Mattifying Primer

Image
Packaging: Hand size length smooth and shiny squeeze tube. The majority of the packing is transparent so you can see how much is left with a tiny portion on the top and bottom a black shade that matches the screw on cap. The tip is short and wide with a  2mm wide opening that provides decent product dispense. Smell: Silicone. Colour: Transparent. Formula/ Texture: This is a think, slippery velvet gel. It take a few minutes to absorb into the skin otherwise it can just rub off. I'm not a fan of this but I jumble my makeup routine to fit it in. I've found it best applied with fingers starting in the centre of the face working outwards. I do fell it 'sitting' on top of my skin. It is non comedogenic which it hasn't clogged my pores and broken me out nor has it caused any irritations. The purpose is to help extend makeup wear which this does by upto 4hrs. It also matinees the skin for oil and shine control. My t-zone is my most shines...
