Maybelline Dream Wonder Fluid Touch Foundation

Packaging:
Palm sized tear drop shaped glass bottle. The screw on cap features a tear drop tip wand. While it's not a functioning dropper the fine point tip is able to control the movement of the product.

I do find the nozzle/ opening to become congested with product that looks messy but easily wiped away.

Smell/Taste:
Hint of alcohol when nose is close to bottle.

Colour:
#20 Classic Ivory - light beige with warm undertones. Light - medium coverage with a natural finish. Available in 8 shades.

Formula/ Texture:
This is a smooth, thin and runny consistency.  Shake very well and it's best to apply in small sections, blending in quickly. Any tool works well with this but the warmth from your fingers will help it blend into the skin seamlessly. It's easily removed with a basic makeup wipe.

I do find it to oxidise, turning a slightly darker shade so I'm not sure how pale girls will be able to find a suitable shade. The coverage is buildable and feels weightless on the skin. This lasts about 10hrs on my skin. Setting it with powder does increase the longevity.

My oilier T-zone doesn't break through this foundation towards the end of the day which is very nice. Though in saying that this will pick up on any dry patches of skin.

It does contain SPF20 so there will be some slight flashback in photos. I am loving these new foundation formulas that feel feather light on the skin yet have amazing coverage that just lasts and provide a natural skin like finish!

This foundation leans on the lighter coverage side so I think will be perfect for those who wear minimal makeup or want a even skin tone for those weekends running errands. Girls with very oily skin I don't feel will like this foundation because the finish doesn't provide them with a matte enough look for a longer period of time. They would probably love Covergirls 3in1 Foundation as it's a tad thicker consistency so it provides a stronger matte hold on the skin.

NOTE: this is 10ml less then the standard foundation size of 30ml yet very similar price...

Packaging: Small clear tube with white screw lid with brush tip applicator. Smell: None. Colour: Ruby red colour. Light coverage/ sheer pigmentation with a natural finish. On the cheeks it is a lot more sheered out and is more pink looking. Texture/ Formula: This is a quite runny and thin. It absorbs and sinks into the skin quite quickly. So it must be applied onto one cheek at a time, blending it immediately. This is my first tint so I had a hard time adjusting to the application method as I ended up with blotches of tint that no powder could fix. A small amount goes a long way. Benefit They're Real! Mascara

I got this sample size from The Champions of Bronze kit. Packaging: Shiny gunmetal wand handle with a gunmetal tube. The wand as long plastic bristles with a spiked ball at the end of it. This ball utilises the end of the mascara wand and reaches into the smaller lashes in the inner corner of the eye. Smell: Just the usual mascara smell. Colour: Black. Opaque pigmentation. Formula/ Texture: This is more of a wet mascara but with a really thin scraper that doesn't leave any clumps of mascara on the wand. It's a thinner wand which made applying it easy. I wasn't going through my lashes trying to separate my lashes and then add volume then back to separating a clump. Theres no flaking or transferring. It's is easily removed with makeup wipes.
