L'Oreal Skin Perfection 3 in 1 Micellar Cleansing Water

Let me start off my saying that I am so excited this is finally in Australia but this did not work for me. After consecutive use this broke me out in whiteheads - those little under the skin pimples. Which also meant my skin wasn't feeling smooth at all.
This isn't something I experienced with Bioderma which has 10 ingredients. L'Oreal has 8. Water & Disodium Edta ingredients in common. The L'Oreal foams up easily in the bottle while the Bioderma takes more work to achieve the same effect.
Lets look at the good things about this.
It did do a brilliant job at removing my makeup with two cotton rounds too. It didn't dry out my skin or leave it feeling itchy. It was gentle to use on both my eyes and lips removing formulas such as Too Faced Melted lipsticks.
It's fragrance and alcohol free and hypoallergenic which is great for even the most sensitive skin. It does tone and soothe irritated skin which I didn't see a whole lot of but skin isn't normally at that level. The third aspect is that the pores are deeply cleaned which leaves for a clean and smoother face.
I'm not sure if the number of ingredients have to do with the effect on my skin but I just don't know why it doesn't work for me. The front of the bottle lists that this is suitable for all skin types too. So unfortunately I can't say this micellar water is amazing because it did break me out. It's not going to waste though as I'm using it as a spot brush cleaner as it instantly dries them.
