Maybelline Color Sensational Color Whisper Lipstick

Packaging:
Slim square plastic tube with tinted sleeve as the lid. The twist up bullet is silver that matches the writing on the outside. The lipstick is round though. The tinted sleeve matches the colour of the lipstick. As a whole it feels less chunky and cheap like the Maybelline Color Sensational Vivid.

Smell:
Slightly floral.


Colour:
#25 Lust For Blush - sheer mauve pink with cool undertones. Sheer pigmentation with a sheen finish. This was the most beige/ neutral shade in the range that I thought would be the most wearable. Available in 8 shades. (L) built swatch, (R) one swatch.


Formula/ Texture:
It's a very smooth, thin and creamy consistency. It's lightweight and comfortable on the lips. Theres no settling of the cooer into the lip lines. It's easy to apply and slightly moisturising.

It does have a natural shine on the lips. This isn't long lasting as it's pretty much a tinted lipbalm. So once the lips make contact with anything the colour and shine disappear. An extra lip gloss can be added on top for an oomph of shine.

I love how creamy and moisturising this lip colour is with a lovely sheen. If you are wanting something more long lasting in a lip colour hen this isn't for you.

Packaging: Small clear tube with white screw lid with brush tip applicator. Smell: None. Colour: Ruby red colour. Light coverage/ sheer pigmentation with a natural finish. On the cheeks it is a lot more sheered out and is more pink looking. Texture/ Formula: This is a quite runny and thin. It absorbs and sinks into the skin quite quickly. So it must be applied onto one cheek at a time, blending it immediately. This is my first tint so I had a hard time adjusting to the application method as I ended up with blotches of tint that no powder could fix. A small amount goes a long way. I do use my fingers to apply this and the blending is easier then a brush. This does leave a slight stain on my fingertips. Benefit They're Real! Mascara

I got this sample size from The Champions of Bronze kit. Packaging: Shiny gunmetal wand handle with a gunmetal tube. The wand as long plastic bristles with a spiked ball at the end of it. This ball utilises the end of the mascara wand and reaches into the smaller lashes in the inner corner of the eye. Smell: Just the usual mascara smell. Colour: Black. Opaque pigmentation. Formula/ Texture: This is more of a wet mascara but with a really thin scraper that doesn't leave any clumps of mascara on the wand. It's a thinner wand which made applying it easy. I wasn't going through my lashes trying to separate my lashes and then add volume then back to separating a clump. Theres no flaking or transferring. It's is easily removed with makeup wipes.
