Maybelline Colour Sensational Vivid Lipstick

Packaging:
Very light bright orange plastic square casing with a silver tube. The twist up mechanism is easy to use and no problems with it. This is typical packing of Maybelline lipstick ranges. The bullet is a standard slanted tip. It does feel cheap and not as substantial compared to other brands.
Smell:
Vanilla.
Colour:
902 Fuchsia Flash - bright pink with blue undertones.
885 Vibrant Mandarin - orange red with blue undertones.

Opaque pigmentation with a satin finish. Builable colour. Available in 7 shades.

Formula/ Texture:
This is thin and creamy in consistency. It's easy to apply straight from the tube with no lipliner needed. It does have a sheen to it that adds that 'I've also applied lipgloss on top' look. The shine disappears when in contact with anything like all lip products, but the colour itself I found to last a generous 4-5 hours which I'm enjoying. With this shade there is a slight remainder left behind but this is easily removed with a basic makeup wipe.
Theres no feathering, creasing, bleeding or filling into lip lines. Even though it is quite thin, I do found my lips to be a little hydrated once this is taken off.

I don't have anything like this colour in my collection so I am branching out into different shades. The colour is very pigmented. The pop of bright colour is a summer shade but I love to use it for something bright in winter. I not usually daring with my makeup but I need to have anything bright pink! This shade seems to have broken that mould.
Being an on trend shade, I think the price is a little high if you aren't going to get a lot of use out of it but the formula a colour is a must have that clearly I am loving!!! Get this on sale don't pay full price unless the situation calls for it.
