Thought I'd share some of my favourite things from 2010.



GUESS 'Candy' Watch
Arhhh I absolutley love this watch. I got it in both black and white thats how much I love em. These designs are from America and I got them off ebay, cause like all good things they don't come to Australia. We have a watch design that is similar but not this. They are like a causal everyday watch, with a hint of glamour and thats what I like about them, they can dress up an outfit without making it look to flashy yet I can wear one everyday to whichever mood Im in. Garh I love to stare at them especially the white one as you can really see the mother of pearl back display.

They come in a white cardboard slip on cover. This slips over the actual box that they are stored in. The watch box is a big (11x11x6cm) black square. The actual covering is plastic embossed to look like snakeskin with a silver 'Guess' imprint. When you open it up, not only is the warranty there but also a black cushion to wrap the watch around. This sits nice and comfortably in the box.

The watch is metal with Swarovski crystals around the rim of the face and on the markers.  It has a mother of pearl face and is water-resistant to 10 meters. The clasp one that folds back on itself has 'Guess' engraved onto it.




New Bed 
For my birthday I got a new bed, well a new mattress and double bed frame to be exact. I upgraded from a single bed of 14 years to a double. I really noticed the difference in my posture and the way the mattress embraced my body when I lied on it. The frame itself is white painted wood. The bedhead and bottom bit of the frame are the same design; horizontal bar with a gap, then dented horizontal lines (like below). I also got a new quilt which is half wool and half cotton, an all year round quilt which is too hot in summer but perfect in winter.


The bed linen is Mansion Collection by Playboy in Glitterazzi Bedlinen in Nite (black) and Paris Pink (pink) avaliable at Adairs. I mean whats not to love about the diamontees, the glamour and sexiness combined with silk sheets and pillows? :) The quilt, black diamonte splash pillow cover, pink European pillow and black satin sheet set pillow covers all have the Playboy bunny logo in the bottom right hand corner. I also have a pink coverlet which isn't pictured here that is used in winter to provide extra warmth.



Tiffany & Co Return to Tiffany Heart Toggle Bracelet
After wanting it sooo long I saved all my pennys and brought this for myself cause I could :) Love it, love tiffanys. Im not sure what else I can add as its a gorgeous bracelet in sterling silver. I was my major special purchase of the year for no apparent reason and is now my special bracelet.




'Brianna' Name necklace
I like personalised things, stuff that the main stream of public can't get their hands on because it makes the item more special and unique. A peronsalised name necklace is one of those things. It also helps because I could never find my name on those kids notebooks or mugs and gift shops because Brianna isn't a common name.

YSL Golden Gloss in # 20 Golden Macadamia  
I love the nude colour of this gloss, the way it smells so delicious, like mangos and the shine finish it delivers. Ah just pure beautiful. Love, love, LOVE it.

GHD Midnight Collection
I brought this at the beginning of 2010 and have can't believe I waited so long for this and didn't get it sooner. It has a round barrel which makes it easier to curl the hair, which is the main reason why I got it. It straightens beautifully. I wasn't bothered by the pattern but I really like it and think it's a different and unique GHD.

It's apart of the Midnight Collection that came out at the end of 2009. It come in a heat resistant pouch which is excellent so there is somewhere to put the straightener when it's on. It comes with a travel mini hairdryer it is own detachable pouch.

LOVE IT!! BEST PURCHASE OF 2010!! improved my complexion and my acne. Pricey yes but most defiantly worth it.

A lot of products I agree but just a quick recap of my 2010 favourites.

Innoxa Organic Brightening Eye Creme

Packaging: Opaque white plastic squeeze tube with a twist off cap. The nib is fine and 2mm wide. The packaging has elements of green and brown to tie in with the organic line. It's defiantly durable and travel friendly. The cap has caused me some fussing when it hasn't twisted on evenly the first go. I like being able to cut the tube open to get every ounce of product out. Benefit Benetint

Packaging: Small clear tube with white screw lid with brush tip applicator. Smell: None. Colour: Ruby red colour. Light coverage/ sheer pigmentation with a natural finish. On the cheeks it is a lot more sheered out and is more pink looking. Texture/ Formula: This is a quite runny and thin. It absorbs and sinks into the skin quite quickly. So it must be applied onto one cheek at a time, blending it immediately. This is my first tint so I had a hard time adjusting to the application method as I ended up with blotches of tint that no powder could fix. A small amount goes a long way. I do use my fingers to apply this and the blending is easier then a brush. This does leave a slight stain on my fingertips. It does have an amazing longevity of 12hrs+, which is what a tint is known for. This can be increased more topped with a powd...

Benefit They're Real! Mascara

I got this sample size from The Champions of Bronze kit. Packaging: Shiny gunmetal wand handle with a gunmetal tube. The wand as long plastic bristles with a spiked ball at the end of it. This ball utilises the end of the mascara wand and reaches into the smaller lashes in the inner corner of the eye. Smell: Just the usual mascara smell. Colour: Black. Opaque pigmentation. Formula/ Texture: This is more of a wet mascara but with a really thin scraper that doesn't leave any clumps of mascara on the wand. It's a thinner wand which made applying it easy. I wasn't going through my lashes trying to separate my lashes and then add volume then back to separating a clump. Theres no flaking or transferring. It's is easily removed with makeup wipes. I have average length lashes that have a very slight natural curl to them, so I want a mascara that does it all- volume, length and curl. I always curl my lashes before mascara applicati...
