NARS Liquid Illuminator

Packaging:
This is a hand sized flat squeeze tube. The actual tube is clear, allowing the shade to be seen with simple NARS text. The lid is a matte black with a tiny opening dispensing a tiny amount, depending on how much pressure is applied.

The packaging is basic but it works for the products texture and use as suiting the overall feel of the NARS brand.

Smell/Taste:
None.

Colour:
Copacabana - glistening pearl. Pink and cool undertones, micro glitter, medium pigmentation.
Available in 4 shades.

Formula/ Texture:
This is a thin and smooth liquid. It can be applied using your preferred tool, but I'd suggest start with your fingers first. There is a 30 second window once on the skin to blend out. After this time it doesn't seem too tacky. It is easily removed with a basic makeup wipe.

This gives such a radiant glow to the skin. It is definitely buildable if you want more of an impact or use a very tiny amount for a natural look. Layer this under a powder highlighter for an extra punch. Or mix with foundation for an overall radiance.

Do be aware that vigorous swiping ontop of liquid/cream will remove these slightly off the face. It's best tapped onto the face but you and what works best for you.

I love this liquid highlighter, it's versatile and will last a while with the little amount needed. The shade I have will suit a lot of skin tones with fair skin perhaps looking too frosty. It's definitely worth checking out!

Packaging: Small clear tube with white screw lid with brush tip applicator. Smell: None. Colour: Ruby red colour. Light coverage/ sheer pigmentation with a natural finish. On the cheeks it is a lot more sheered out and is more pink looking. Texture/ Formula: This is a quite runny and thin. It absorbs and sinks into the skin quite quickly. So it must be applied onto one cheek at a time, blending it immediately. This is my first tint so I had a hard time adjusting to the application method as I ended up with blotches of tint that no powder could fix. A small amount goes a long way. I do use my fingers to apply this and the blending is easier then a brush. This does leave a slight stain on my fingertips. Benefit They're Real! Mascara

I got this sample size from The Champions of Bronze kit. Packaging: Shiny gunmetal wand handle with a gunmetal tube. The wand as long plastic bristles with a spiked ball at the end of it. This ball utilises the end of the mascara wand and reaches into the smaller lashes in the inner corner of the eye. Smell: Just the usual mascara smell. Colour: Black. Opaque pigmentation. Formula/ Texture: This is more of a wet mascara but with a really thin scraper that doesn't leave any clumps of mascara on the wand. It's a thinner wand which made applying it easy. I wasn't going through my lashes trying to separate my lashes and then add volume then back to separating a clump. Theres no flaking or transferring. It's is easily removed with makeup wipes.
