Overall the packing feels slightly weighted and a little bit wasted with the domed lid.

Formula/ Texture:
This is a dry powder but not chalky. It is easily picked up and applied with a light hand on a brush. It's easily removed with a basic makeup wipe.
The effect this beauty powder gives reminds me so much of the Hourglass Ambient Lighting Powders in that it gives a sheer veil of colour/glow to the skin. The Hourglass has a more velvety texture with slightly more pigmentation.
So it does give the face an overall glow, so it might not be suitable for oily skin as it won't keep shine away or an option for use in winter to liven the face up. I actually enjoy the subtle glow it gives.
It can be used as a soft blush, highlight or overall finish. This is my first beauty powder so I had no idea what to expect but the shimmer made me scared however it's ultra fine that I barely notice it. The shimmer doesn't itch my face or has caused any irritations so far.
It doesn't appear to have exaggerate any fine lines dry skin or large pores. Being such a fine pigmented product I can't tell exactly how long this lasts on my skin but after an 8 hour day I can see some shimmer when really up close on my face.
Overall I do really enjoy the effect this gives and will be very interested to use this doing winter.
