L'Oreal Contour Kohl Pencil Eyeliner

Packaging:
The colour of the pencil corresponds with the outside colour packaging. At the end of the pencil the shade name and number are printed. What I like also about these pencils is a grey cap is included for the tip.

Smell:
Like wax if you hold it right up to your nose.

Colour:
138 Blue Denim and 153 Pure White. Both shades are a true colour to their shade name, are opaque  pigmentation with a matte finish. I have re-purchased the white shade many times as I like it for my lower waterline. Available in 6 shades (white, black, sliver, grey, brown & navy).


Texture/ Formula:
The wax is soft and smooth. It has a longevity of 8hrs. The pencil doesn't break off into a clump like a cheaper made pencil would. I've had no eye irritation or transferring or smudging. A dark colour will transfer a bit if placed in the waterline. Easy to remove with a basic makeup wipe. Also easy to sharpen.

These pencils are soo easily to apply, they glide right onto the skin with no pulling or tugging at the skin which is a major benefit for the eye area. I have found that if you wait a few seconds after application you can smudge the line to get a softer look. 

I love the waxy smooth consistency that makes applying these a breeze and the thickness of the wax to hold the liner in place.

Packaging: Small clear tube with white screw lid with brush tip applicator. Smell: None. Colour: Ruby red colour. Light coverage/ sheer pigmentation with a natural finish. On the cheeks it is a lot more sheered out and is more pink looking. Texture/ Formula: This is a quite runny and thin. It absorbs and sinks into the skin quite quickly. So it must be applied onto one cheek at a time, blending it immediately. This is my first tint so I had a hard time adjusting to the application method as I ended up with blotches of tint that no powder could fix. A small amount goes a long way. I do use my fingers to apply this and the blending is easier then a brush. This does leave a slight stain on my fingertips. Benefit They're Real! Mascara

I got this sample size from The Champions of Bronze kit. Packaging: Shiny gunmetal wand handle with a gunmetal tube. The wand as long plastic bristles with a spiked ball at the end of it. This ball utilises the end of the mascara wand and reaches into the smaller lashes in the inner corner of the eye. Smell: Just the usual mascara smell. Colour: Black. Opaque pigmentation. Formula/ Texture: This is more of a wet mascara but with a really thin scraper that doesn't leave any clumps of mascara on the wand. It's a thinner wand which made applying it easy. I wasn't going through my lashes trying to separate my lashes and then add volume then back to separating a clump. Theres no flaking or transferring. It's is easily removed with makeup wipes.
