First Impressions: Wow this product is wonderful. My face feels firmer, fresher and as if there is no cleanser/makeup left behind. Defiantly impressed. The massaging/cleaning motion is gentle and not harsh at all. A little unexpected but nothing that is so bizarre you can't get used to. Quite exciting to use too. Packaging: White hard plastic device. It comes with it's own storage and charging port that it sits in. The charger end is wide and white, mirroring a similar shape to the Clarisonic system. There is an interchangeable brush head that sits at one end with a removable plastic protection cover. It is advised that the system be charged for 30mins weekly. The front/underside with the brush head has a grey felt plastic area with the soft touch on/off button. The backside of the system has two lights. When turned on, the top lights green.
