Compared to the Milani Liguif'eye pencil, both have the same pigmentation however the Urban Decay lasts so much longer throughout the day! Formula/ Texture: This is a creamy, thickish pencil. It glides on easily over the eyelid with no tugging. The creamy formula I have found helps with being able to smudge the liner not long after it is applied. It is easy to sharpen. Packaging: Metal can with a blue dispenser and a clear blue cap. Smell: None. Colour: White foam that absorbs clear. Texture/ Formula: This foam is lightweight and non greasy.  There is a trick to using this mousse- you have to shake the can very  well! Otherwise yes you will get mousse but it won't be enough to hold the curl in your hair. Also you need to dispense more product then you would normally dispense for other hair products and smother throughout your hair. There's no film left on clothes or pillows. In the few times I have used it, I haven't dispensed enough product and this has meant that my curls fall out within the hour and I do my hair the same way. Packaging: Brown glass bottle with dropper cap. This dropper is better than a pour lid as you are able to control how much or little product you get depending on the area your using it on. Smell: Rose oil. I know, how can I tell but if I imagine what rose oil would smell like-this would be it. Colour: Bright yellow but rubs in clear. Texture/ Formula: It's a think and slippery consistency. It's not so much greasy just shiny and not sticky which is surprising. There's no product transfer onto clothes or pillows. It's super easy to apply and blend with fingers. It does take a few minute sot be absorbed into the skin. Packaging: Soft velvet feeling black pencil with clear lid  & a nice fine pointed tip. Smell: None. Colour: 01 Black. Opaque pigmentation  with a matte finish . Available in 5 shades. Texture/ Formula: It's a smooth thickish cream. Yet it applies like a liquid liner and glides on smoothly without any eye tugging which I really love. Theres a 10 sec window to smudge the liner. No problems applying, sharping or emoting this liner. No irritation to the eyes either. The longevity is about 10hrs. Pigmentation stays the same and looks as good as freshly applied. However towards the end of this period I do notice there to be some smudging only when worn on the lower lash line. Other then that theres no smudging, creasing or transferring.
