Gariner Youthful Radiance Anti-Dark Circles Roll-on

Image
Packaging: The concealer comes in a hard tube with a screw off white cap revealing a metal rollerball that massages the under when used and gives a cooling effect against the skin. Smell: Moisturiser and sunscreen which is very faint if you smell really hard. Colour: Fair to medium - peach undertones. Medium coverage with a matte finish. Medium to dark - beige with orange undertones. Medium coverage with a matte finish. Available in 2 shades. I would recommend to go a shade lighter than you think as the product tends to oxidise and turn a little darker. Texture/ Formula: Smooth, think concealer, with enough setting time to blend the product in. The formula contains caffeine to stimulate the under eye area and lemon essence known for it's clarifying purposes. It is also opthalmologically and dermatologically tested, so it shouldn't affect sensitive eyes. This is a 2 in 1 pr...

Nair Easiwax Mini Wax Strips

Image
These were a free gift with purchase and if that wasn't so I wouldn't go out of my way to get these or try them out as waxing isn't my preferred method of hair removal. Packaging: The strips come in a small slim box. The strips themselves are pictured below and the wax sits in between to plastic sheets. Smell: Nil. Colour: Faint yellow. Texture/ Formula: Not sure what to mention here other than that the strips are 3.5cm x 7.5cm and contain chamomile extract. They are easy to use, just really have to make sure to warm the wax strip between your hands to warm the wax up otherwise the wax won't have any stickiness to it. There is also 2 remove wax residue after care wipes included. Precise strips that can be cut further to fit a smaller area. Long lasting in terms of hair re-growth. There is no stinging or the wax had a string hold and ripped off skin. Nair reckons to ...

Vaseline Healthy Hand & Nail Conditioning Hand Lotion

Packaging: Pink squeeze tube. The packaging is opaque which isn't my favourite but it's durable and can be cut to get the remainder product. With this particular tube if I held it to the light I could see where the product lay and if I wanted to mark on the outside of the tube. Smell: Kinda flowery. Colour: Pinky white. Texture/ Formula: Very runny for a lotion and because of that I ended up with more product than I needed which wasn't that big of a drama as I rubbed the excess into my legs but still wasn't preferred. As it leaned on the runnier side, it was easily absorbed and non-greasy so much so that I had to double check I put hand cream on. The formula of this lotion has keratin for nail strengthening properties of which I did notice my nails to not be as weak even a few days after application and vitamin E. The tube indicates that you'll have 30% stronger nails and likew...

Revitanail Nourishing Oil

Image
Packaging: Glass square bottle with a brush applicator built in to the handle, similar to a nail polish. Smell: Herbal- but more lavender. Colour: Yellow in the bottle but when you go to apply it to your cuticles it's just a clear oil. Texture/ Formula: Obviously it's an oil but it is easily absorbed into the cuticles when massaged in for roughly a minute. It is non-greasy so you don't leave grease marks on things, assuming that the oil has been rubbed in properly. Now I don't have overly dry nails or cuticles or even a problem with them, but after one application of this nourishing oil to my cuticles, they did feel nourished and I felt as though they would be nourished for a while. Oddly enough my cuticles looked more presentable like that of hand models for nail polish brands. I don't feel that the oil is removed when the hands touch water next either. I have f...
